Responsibilities for Branch Collections Manager:
- Hire, develop & motivate collections & lending team
- Lead and oversee underwriting efforts for the assigned branch
- Maintain delinquency & charge-off for the branch portfolio
- Demonstrate & ensure a high level of customer service
- Help ensure branch compliance
- Back up the Branch General Manager as needed
Requirements for Branch Collections Manager:
- First-party consumer collections management
- Subprime experience is a plus
- Computer proficiency
- Customer service focus
- Leadership ability
Work Hours for Branch Collections Manager:
- No Sundays
- Some early evening & Saturday work hours required
- 45-48 hours a week
