Green Bay, WI | Full-time | $19–$25/hr

Wenz Furniture is a locally owned furniture and design company focused on creating exceptional customer experiences from the moment a customer walks in our door to the day their furniture is delivered and enjoyed in their home.

We are looking for a highly organized, thoughtful, and proactive person to join our office team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and keeping systems running smoothly behind the scenes.

Requirements

What This Role Does

This position is the operational hub between our sales team, customers, and service department.

You will help ensure orders are entered correctly, customer concerns are handled with care, and service issues are resolved quickly and professionally.

Your typical responsibilities will include:

Customer Service & Service Coordination

  • Communicating with customers regarding product questions or service needs
  • Creating and managing service tickets
  • Coordinating repairs, replacements, or follow-up with vendors
  • Tracking open issues to ensure they are fully resolved

Sales & Order Support

  • Entering customer sales orders accurately into our system
  • Reviewing order details for accuracy
  • Supporting our sales team with order processing

Office Operations

  • Answering incoming calls and directing requests
  • Assisting customers who reach out with questions or concerns
  • Helping maintain internal reports and operational tracking

This role requires someone who can manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and follow through consistently.
