About the Role
We are looking for a Product Account Manager Lead with strong knowledge in Paid Media optimization to develop and strengthen relationships with our clients, ensuring they get the most value out of our Paid Media Optimizer, Mixilo.This role is primarily focused on account management and strategic consulting, helping clients optimize their paid media strategies using our platform. Additionally, you will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, providing insights to improve our solutions.The role also includes leading and mentoring a small team (1–2 people), coordinating priorities and supporting the team in campaign strategy within Mixilo, client management, and analytical work to ensure high-quality delivery.

Responsibilities 🤓
1. Account Management & Client Success
Account Management:
Serve as customers’ primary point of contact, ensuring their engagement, retention, and satisfaction with our platform.
Lead and oversee the correct implementation of Mixilo.
Periodically educate clients on the incrementality concepts underpinning Mixilo’s technology.
Structure insightful analyses to improve and understand campaigns’ performance:within Mixilo optimization
Provide reports and identify challenges, opportunities, and recommendations for our customers.
Work closely with the product team to communicate client feedback, pain points, and feature requests.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving tracking, attribution, or integration issues in collaboration with data science and engineering teams.
Guide and support team members in campaign analysis, reporting, and client communication.
2. Team Leadership
Coordinate the day-to-day work of a small team (1–2 people), helping prioritize tasks and ensuring alignment with client objectives.
Provide mentorship and support to help team members grow in campaign strategy, analytics, and client management.
Ensure quality and consistency in deliverables shared with clients.
3. Business Strategy
Expertly troubleshoot and resolve escalated customer issues.
Have a comprehensive understanding of our customers’ needs and business. Identify growth opportunities and work closely with our product and sales teams to drive renewals and upsells.
Stay up to date with our latest features and industry trends to continuously add value to clients.
Required Skills 💻
5+ years of experience in account management, client success, or digital marketing consulting.
Experience leading projects or coordinating small teams.
Strong Excel skills (to be demonstrated).
Advanced knowledge of paid media optimization (2+ years).
Ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced English.
Nice to have
Experience managing and growing relationships with enterprise-level clients.
Meta / Google certifications.
Experience working with AI-driven marketing or optimization platforms.
