As a Return Management Specialist, you will play a key role in overseeing the lifecycle of orders and returns. From ensuring efficient processing to collaborating with partners on logistical challenges, your work will directly impact our customers' satisfaction and the success of our operations. Your Responsibilities:

  • Prepare shipments efficiently by creating shipping labels and categorizing orders.
  • Process returns seamlessly, ensuring items are reintegrated into the shipping cycle.
  • Handle written customer inquiries related to shipping, returns, and invoices, while documenting your actions in our tools.
  • Collaborate closely with shipping partners to resolve potential issues independently and with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Proactively suggest and implement ideas to improve processes and identify optimization potential.
  • Support the team in conducting accurate and ongoing inventory counts.

Your Profile:

  • You have previous work experience in administrative roles, logistics, or a similar field.
  • You are proficient in MS Office, tech-savvy, and quick to learn new tools. Experience with ERP systems is a strong plus.
  • You are comfortable communicating with customers through written and phone communication, ideally with experience in shipping and returns.
  • You are available to work onsite in our Berlin office 3–4 days per week, with the option to work one day per week from home.
  • You have fluent German skills (C1 level) and good English skills (B2 level).
