City Wide manages facility services for commercial properties and partners with qualified independent contractors to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
Scope of Services May Include:
- Lawn mowing & edging
- Shrub and hedge trimming
- Weed control
- Seasonal cleanups
- Irrigation monitoring (if applicable)
- Mulching and landscape detail work
- Overall curb appeal maintenance

Requirements
Independent Contractor Requirements:
INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS MUST PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:
- Valid Business License (LLC or Inc. required)
- Workers’ Compensation Insurance
- General Liability Insurance
- Non-Owned Auto Coverage
- C27 landscaping license to be eligible for large projects
- Verifiable business references
- Must be at least 18 years of age
