Position Overview
TP-Link is seeking a detail-oriented professional with an accounting mindset to support the Ecommerce Sales organization through shipment tracking, inventory reconciliation, and claims management across ecommerce channels and 3PL partners.

This role ensures shipped quantities, warehouse receipts, ecommerce platform inventory, and financial records align accurately. The position plays a key role in protecting revenue by identifying discrepancies, filing claims, and resolving operational and financial variances. rehouse/logistics teams, and customer support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile outbound shipments to 3PL and fulfillment centers against receiving reports
• Investigate shortages, overages, mis-receives, and damaged goods
• Review documentation including BOLs, ASNs, and packing lists
• File and manage claims through resolution in partnership with Finance
• Monitor inventory levels across Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and other ecommerce channels
• Support inventory variance analysis and month-end reconciliation processes
• Maintain organized documentation for audit and reporting purposes
• Identify recurring discrepancies and recommend process improvements

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in inventory accounting, logistics coordination, supply chain operations, or reconciliation-focused role.
• Experience working with 3PL providers and high-volume physical product environments preferred
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data reconciliation)
• Familiarity with shipment documentation and claims processes
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in consumer electronics, hardware, or similar product-based industries strongly preferred
• In-office presence required

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
