The Role
Megaport’s Global People & Culture team is growing, and we’re looking for a driven anddetail-oriented Advisor or Business Partner to support our team. This US-based role offers exposure to global HR practices and the opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic (fun), forward-thinking (not boring), and dedicated (we love our work) P&C team.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a remote environment, works autonomously, and takes initiative. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional employee experiences while partnering closely with leaders and supporting broader People & Culture initiatives across the business.
