Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, exceptional communicator and senior-level Program Manager to lead the design and implementation of a centralized enterprise intake and workflow management framework.
This role will centralize requests across multiple functional departments, implement structured governance and reporting, and stand up a scalable intake and tracking system with clear ownership, SLAs, and executive visibility. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building structured cross-functional intake processes and implementing supporting systems at enterprise scale. This is a high visibility engagement with executive exposure so communication and presentation skills must be strong and proven.
Must be able to be onsite several days a week in either Denver, CO, Stamford, CT or Charlotte, NC. Qualified candidates should live in the metro area of one of these locations.
Responsibilities
- Assess current-state intake channels, workflows, and pain points across multiple departments
- Define and document future-state intake process, roles, SLAs, and governance model
- Lead the selection and/or configuration of a unified intake/workflow system (in partnership with IT)
- Establish clear ownership models and end-to-end work tracking
- Stand up executive dashboards, reporting cadence, and visibility tools
- Deliver executive-level status reporting with actionable insights
- Drive change management strategy, stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption
- Implement performance metrics, feedback loops, and continuous improvement processes
- Ensure ongoing governance and process post-implementation practices
- Ability to navigate and structure enterprise process implementations including systems utilized
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or Communications
- Minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in program and/or project management roles utilizing program/project management methodology such as Jira
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale cross-functional process and system implementations
- Demonstrated success building structured intake models, governance frameworks, and reporting ecosystems. Must be able to describe previous examples of this work.
- Strong program management discipline with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Industry experience in telecom, broadband, cable, internet services or similar is required
- Exceptional communication skills, including executive-level presentations and reporting
- Experience coordinating technical system implementations alongside business process change
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to create clarity in ambiguous environments
- Experience implementing enterprise intake or workflow platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or similar)
- Background in enterprise operations, PMO transformation, or shared services environments
- Experience driving adoption across large, cross-functional stakeholder groups
- Experience with Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence and PowerPoint required
- MBA or Masters is helpful but not required
Compensation
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, Sand Cherry Associates is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range considers a wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. This is a long term consulting engagement with an expected annual salary of $120-145k. Years of experience, level of education, geographic location, unique skills/qualifications for the specific role and potential certifications can be key factors in the final compensation for this role.
