All About Therapy is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our Natural Environment team in the Raleigh-Durham area. This is an in-person role serving children in homes, daycares, preschools, and community settings, not virtual or telehealth.
This position is ideal for pediatric therapists who enjoy flexibility, autonomy, and working directly with families in real-life contexts where children live, learn, and play.

Founded in 2010, All About Therapy is a therapist-owned pediatric practice serving children from birth through age 17. Your Work in Natural Environments
This role allows you to deliver therapy where it matters most, within children’s everyday routines and environments.
You will:
- Conduct pediatric evaluations and standardized assessments in homes and community settings
- Develop functional, individualized treatment plans aligned with daily routines
- Deliver play-based, evidence-informed therapy in real-life contexts
- Coach caregivers through practical, hands-on strategies
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions thoughtfully
- Maintain timely and compliant documentation
- Communicate consistently with families and the AAT team to ensure coordinated care
You will have the flexibility to structure your schedule while maintaining professional accountability and strong communication with the practice.

Requirements
Required
- Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active North Carolina OT License
- Ability to work independently in community settings
Preferred
- One year of pediatric experience
- Experience in early intervention, home-based, or community pediatric settings
- Experience with sensory processing differences, autism spectrum disorder, and developmental delays
- Comfort with electronic documentation and mobile scheduling systems
