Requirements
- Active membership in good standing with The Florida Bar
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in civil litigation (state court required; federal court experience preferred)
- Demonstrated experience handling cases from inception through resolution, including motion practice, discovery, depositions, mediation, and trial preparation
- Strong legal research and writing skills, with the ability to draft pleadings, dispositive motions, and discovery without supervision
- Confident courtroom presence and hearing experience
- Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload while meeting deadlines and performance standards
- Proficiency with legal research platforms (Westlaw/LexisNexis) and case management systems (Clio or similar)
- Excellent client communication skills and professional judgment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadline management
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate autonomously within a structured firm environment
