Description

We’re seeking a strategic and globally minded Global Director, Talent & Total Rewards to shape our company’s talent strategy and develop competitive, market-aligned compensation, benefits, and recognition programs. This leader will be responsible for designing and executing talent attraction and retention strategies across multiple regions, ensuring a consistent, high‑quality employee experience while meeting diverse regulatory requirements, including the EU Pay Transparency Act and other global standards. This is a highly visible role that partners closely with senior leadership to drive organizational capability, workforce planning, compensation philosophy, and scalable talent programs that support our global growth.

Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global talent attraction and retention strategy for EU, US, and MX markets.
  • Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership capability development.
  • Align talent programs to organizational goals, culture, and long‑term growth priorities.

Total Rewards Leadership

  • Oversee global compensation strategy, benchmarking, salary structures, incentive plans, and recognition programs.
  • Lead benefits strategy across regions, ensuring competitive and compliant offerings.
  • Drive annual compensation cycles, performance calibration processes, and global pay frameworks.
  • Ensure adherence to global regulatory requirements, including the EU Pay Transparency Act, pay equity standards, and country‑specific reporting obligations.

Global Talent Program Development

  • Design scalable programs for performance management, onboarding, career development, and employee engagement.
  • Use market data and employee insights to refine programs that attract and retain top talent in each region.
  • Partner with finance and business leaders to align rewards programs with budget and organizational goals.

Analytics & Insight Generation

  • Develop talent and compensation dashboards with insights on turnover, engagement, mobility, pay equity, and workforce trends.
  • Provide executive-level reporting and recommendations that inform strategic decisions.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing Talent & Total Rewards team.
  • Partner with local HR Managers and business leaders across EU, US, and MX.
  • Manage vendor relationships, compensation surveys, benefits brokers, and global compliance experts.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including direct responsibility for compensation and talent strategy.
  • Experience leading talent and/or rewards programs across EU, US, and Mexico.
  • Strong understanding of global regulatory environments, including the EU Pay Transparency Act, pay equity frameworks, and multi-country compliance requirements.
  • Experience supporting teams across multiple time zones and regulatory environments.
  • Proven ability to create and scale talent attraction and retention strategies across diverse labor markets.
  • Experience leading compensation planning cycles, global leveling frameworks, and benefits strategy.
  • Demonstrated success influencing senior leadership and working in a matrixed, global environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort using data to drive strategy and insight.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Spanish language skills to support Mexico-based leaders and employees.
  • Experience with global mobility, international assignments, and cross-border HR practices.
  • Familiarity with Paylocity, Workable, or other global HRIS platforms.
  • Advanced HR or compensation certification (SHRM‑SCP, CCP, GPHR).
