X UP Brands is a Michigan-based e-commerce company operating a portfolio of high-performance Amazon and DTC brands in wellness, jewelry, and lifestyle categories. We are product-driven, detail-obsessed, and committed to operational excellence.
We are hiring a second Shipping & Repairs Specialist to support growing shipment volume, inventory flow, and product refurbishing at our Rochester office.
This is a hands-on operations role for someone organized, mechanically inclined, and detail-oriented who takes pride in doing things the right way.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Claims & Requests: You will be the primary point of contact for customer parts requests and claims, demonstrating an in-depth understanding of our products and a commitment to resolving customer issues in a timely, satisfactory, and efficient manner.
Return & Refund Processing: Take charge of the returns process from start to finish. This includes receiving and inspecting returned items, coordinating refunds, and updating our system with return information. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure our customers are satisfied and our records are accurate.
Product Repairs: Assess returned items for necessary repairs. Your problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate will be vital as you coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure repairs are performed to meet our high standards and within stipulated timelines.
Stock Maintenance: Maintain an accurate inventory of all products, parts, and returned items. Your strong organizational skills will be key in managing stock levels, identifying and reporting discrepancies, and making necessary adjustments.
Requirements
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an e-commerce setting.
- Demonstrated understanding of shipping and returns processes.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills and unwavering dedication to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using a computer and inventory management software is preferred.
