Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily housekeeping activities of the team.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff performance.
  • Ensure that all guest accommodations are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Inspect rooms and public areas for cleanliness and organization.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Create and implement housekeeping schedules and checklists to optimize efficiency.
  • Address and resolve any guest complaints or housekeeping issues promptly.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality management is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a housekeeping or supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual tasks and lift heavy objects as needed.
