- Create the entertainment programming for Soho House Mumbai
- Create a music identity for days of the week catering to diverse member requirements.
- Liaise with 3rd parties and international teams to bring in international music talent to the house
- Administrative duties, including but not limited to booking events (DJs and band), sending proposals, internal meeting management, free-lance staffing, and other jobs as and when required.
- Responsible for uploading all member events to digital platforms for exposure and coordinate with the Comms team for other promotional material
- Manage any incoming inquiries, attendee confirmation and on the day coordination with the artists.
- Support membership and events team by collecting information from partners (photos, event information, bios and so on)
- Support the coordination for all event communication (internal/external) and event materials; including floor plans, custom menus and run of shows
- Organize, store and update event contracts, receipts and partner contact information
- Attend and oversee the execution of events as needed and acquire member feedback following events
- Serve as a single point of coordination for all invoicing and pay-outs.
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager
- Managing the overall entertainment budget, allocation of funds towards regular programming and glow/cultural moments.
