WHY YOU SHOULD APPLY
We are looking for an iOS & App Store Growth Manager to take ownership of Apple Search Ads (ASA, iOS) and App Store Optimization (ASO for iOS & Android) within the Performance Marketing team.
This role is responsible and accountable for the execution, performance, and continuous optimization of our App Store growth channels. You will act as the channel owner for ASA and ASO, reporting directly to the Head of Performance Marketing and contributing to the overall performance strategy.
You will operate at the intersection of paid acquisition, organic growth, and storefront experimentation, ensuring that both paid and organic levers work together to maximize install volume and downstream subscription performance.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Apple Search Ads
- Lead day-to-day strategy and execution of ASA campaigns
- Campaign structure, keyword strategy, bidding, and scaling
- Budget allocation and efficiency optimization toward cost per paid subscriber and profitable ROAS.
- Performance monitoring, reporting, and clear insights for leadership
- Collaboration with Analytics on incrementality and performance evaluation
App Store Optimization
- Keyword research and metadata optimization across both platforms
- Monitoring rankings, visibility, and competitive landscape
In addition, a strong focus on storefront experimentation, including:
- Screenshot and video testing
- Messaging and positioning experiments
- Feature highlighting and value proposition testing
- Conversion rate optimization of product pages
- Custom Product Pages (CPPs) for paid acquisition
- Store listings aligned with releases and launches
- In-app event features and seasonal pushes
This role requires a structured experimentation mindset, not just periodic metadata updates.
Paid & Organic Alignment
- Translate ASA keyword learnings into ASO strategy
- Identify gaps between paid and organic coverage
- Monitor and analyze organic uplift from paid activity
- Work closely with Creative and Product to align messaging and releases
Measurement & Reporting
- Track performance across installs, CPI, conversion rate, and downstream subscription impact
- Partner with Analytics to evaluate cohort performance
- Provide structured reporting and clear recommendations
- Build and maintain a continuous testing roadmap
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- 4-5+ years experience in ASA and/or ASO for a consumer app
- Hands-on experience managing 6-figure budgets
- Experience with storefront A/B testing and Custom Product Pages with an eye for design and brand.
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort with attribution tools (e.g., AppsFlyer)
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Creative, Product, and Data teams
- Experience with AppTweak and Supermetrics
Nice to have:
- Subscription app experience
- Experience with incrementality testing
- Familiarity with privacy-driven iOS attribution constraints
