Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for project managers and field staff.
  • Provide administrative support by preparing documents, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Maintain accurate records and files related to projects, contracts, and vendor communications.
  • Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing responsive and clear communication.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of invoices and expense reports.
  • Support the office operations by maintaining supplies, equipment, and overall office organization.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business administration or relevant field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general office equipment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and handle confidential information professionally.
