Plant Logistics Manager na NORIT Activated Carbon

Your key responsibilities will be: 

• Promoting a strong safety culture by enforcing WPS protocols and ensuring compliance with standards,
• Building team capabilities through training plans, including effective use of the CMMS (JDE),
• Managing WPS costs to support efficient, cost‑effective operations,
• Collaborating with Customer Service, Shipping, Transportation, Production, and WPS teams to meet customer demand,
• Ensuring all items meet specifications and transportation requirements before shipping,
• Verifying the accuracy of outgoing shipments against customer orders,
• Maintaining clear and accurate records of all shipments, including daily volume tracking,
• Receiving, labeling, and properly storing packaging materials, ingredients, and MRO items in JDE,
• Distributing materials safely and efficiently across the facility,
• Working with warehouse teams, management, and customers to resolve order issues,
• Communicating order corrections or adjustments to relevant stakeholders,
• Interacting professionally with vendors, drivers, offsite branches, and customers,
• Processing special customer requests accurately and on time,
• Scheduling shipments and deliveries to ensure timely product release,
• Creating sales‑order shipments and related system entries as needed,
• Entering and reconciling rework data in JDE,
• Ensuring proper storage, inventory control, and product security,
• Maintaining documentation and resolving routine operational issues,
• Ensuring accurate inventory movements and data entry in JDE,
• Leading monthly, quarterly, and annual physical inventory counts,
• Preparing required shipping documents for multiple locations, including pick/pack lists, COAs, and BOLs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required,
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience,
• 3–5 years of warehouse experience preferred,
• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills,
• Highly organized with strong time‑management and prioritization abilities,
• Detail‑oriented with strong accuracy in work,
• Proficient in MS Office and able to learn new software quickly,
• Experience with CMMS systems, JDE knowledge is an asset.
