Your role and responsibilities
As a Software Developer specializing in Automation, you will design and build systems and tools that automate repetitive tasks and processes to increase efficiency and accuracy. You will develop solutions that cater to business requirements, focusing on end-to-end product experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Design Automation Solutions: Develop scripts, programs, and frameworks for automating software development, testing, and deployment, ensuring increased efficiency and accuracy in processes. • Implement Business Requirements: Create automated solutions based on business needs, focusing on delivering high-quality end-to-end product experiences. • Improve Automation Strategies: Continuously assess and refine automation strategies to ensure alignment with business outcomes and optimal technical implementation. • Deliver Technical Solutions: Care equally about business outcomes and technical solutions, implementing automation tools that meet business requirements. • Enhance Product Experiences: Focus on developing automation solutions that contribute to seamless end-to-end product experiences.
Required technical and professional expertise
• Automation Scripting Experience: Exposure to developing scripts, programs, and frameworks for automating software development, testing, and deployment. Familiarity with scripting languages and automation tools is essential. • Business Requirements Analysis: Experience working with business requirements to create automated solutions, focusing on delivering high-quality end-to-end product experiences. Understanding of how to translate business needs into technical solutions is necessary. • Automation Framework Development: Exposure to designing and building systems and tools that automate repetitive tasks and processes to increase efficiency and accuracy. Knowledge of automation frameworks and tools is required. • Technical Solution Implementation: Experience implementing technical solutions that meet business requirements, with a focus on end-to-end product experiences. Familiarity with software development life cycles and deployment processes is necessary. • Process Improvement: Exposure to continuously assessing and refining automation strategies to ensure alignment with business outcomes and optimal technical implementation. Understanding of process improvement methodologies is beneficial.
Preferred technical and professional experience
• Automation Framework Knowledge: Exposure to various automation frameworks and tools is beneficial. Understanding of how to design and implement automation frameworks to increase efficiency and accuracy is preferred. • Advanced Scripting Skills: Familiarity with multiple scripting languages and automation tools is advantageous.
