This is a marketing role for someone who wants the wheel. If you think in offers, copy, and conversion, understand how marketing and sales work together in home services, and want real ownership over growth, this role is a chance to operate at a higher level. You’ll run marketing like a business, not a department, with clear authority, real expectations, and a scoreboard tied to qualified leads and revenue.
At Rapid Home Service Group, we’re not a one size fits all contractor. We build and scale specialized home service brands designed to dominate their lane. Roofing, decking, and more coming fast. We're looking to become a 100M portfolio of brands.
We own and operate brands like Rapid Roofing and BOSS Decks, each focused exclusively on doing one thing at the highest level, backed by strong systems, real budgets, and a leadership team that understands growth.
We’re hiring a Marketing Manager to drive growth across the groups brands, build real marketing infrastructure, and turn ad spend into qualified leads and booked jobs.

Your job is to make sure the right things get built and launched.

- Own offer creation across all Rapid Home Service Group brands
- Develop messaging, angles, and copy that convert home service leads
- Drive paid media strategy across Meta, Google, and future channels
- Work directly with sales to improve lead quality and close rates
- Brief tech and creative teams for fast execution
- Manage vendors with clear expectations and timelines
- Build repeatable home services marketing systems
- Monitor performance and adjust quickly based on real data
- Protect speed, focus, and momentum

Compensation and Upside - Salary + Performance Bonus
This is a leadership level marketing role with real ownership and real upside.
Base salary will currently land in the $80,000 to $110,000 range, depending on experience and scope. This is stable, predictable pay tied to the size and complexity of the business you are supporting.
On top of base, this role includes quarterly performance bonuses tied directly to real outcomes.
Bonuses are based on completed, held homeowner appointments, not impressions, clicks, or raw lead volume. The focus is on real sales opportunities that actually show up.
Typical bonus outcomes look like this
Solid quarter: $5,000 to $10,000
Strong quarter: $10,000 to $15,000
Breakout quarters can exceed $15,000+ with accelerators for overperformance
There is no artificial cap on upside. When demand quality is high and targets are beaten, bonuses scale accordingly.
At target performance, total annual compensation commonly lands in the $120,000 to $160,000+ range. High performers who consistently beat targets can push well beyond that as the business grows.
This role is also designed to scale with the company.
Base salary is recalculated annually as a percentage of prior year installed revenue, meaning as Rapid Home Service Group grows, your base pay grows with it. You are not negotiating raises every year or stuck in a flat role with a ceiling. Your compensation reflects the scope, responsibility, and leadership burden of the business you are helping scale.
Our long term goal is to build a $100M+ portfolio of home service brands. As revenue scales, so does the complexity of the systems you oversee and the impact you have. This compensation structure is intentionally built with that future in mind.
Performance bonuses remain separate and reward execution and results. Base salary scales with scope. Bonus scales with performance.
