Job Description
This role will work to improve platform architectures, integrate Nielsen systems, consolidate tooling, optimize costs, and enforce Nielsen’s Cybersecurity policies to reach company goals set forth by executive leadership.
Technical leadership for the Identity & Access Management Operations team, particularly PAM and CyberArk, ensuring that operational requirements and SLAs are met, while strategizing for Nielsen’s Identity future.
Further develop workforce Privileged Access Management solutions, identify areas for improvement, and strengthen PAM operational procedures.
Strategize with IAM and Networking SMEs to further deploy Zero Trust methodologies for workforce access to on-prem and cloud based applications/systems.
Work closely with other Cybersecurity leaders to plan for Nielsen’s future and help define future strategies to maintain a modern and secure workforce and environment.
Enhance and grow Identity Governance solutions.
Co-Develop with the Principal Identity Architect and enforce an Identity Framework for application development.
Partner closely with CIAM leadership to ensure that Nielsen offers its customers the most secure and efficient access methods to Nielsen’s data; actively participating and offering Identity guidance throughout the development and rollout of NielsenOne.
Advocate for security best practices and enforce IAM standards throughout Nielsen’s workforce.
Identify and introduce automation opportunities with the goal of reducing manual efforts and overhead found in repetitive tasks.
Analyze technologies to determine overlap and evolve technological utilization for cost effectiveness and operational efficiencies.
Identify opportunities for cost efficiency, and manage vendor relationships within our IAM program.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Privileged Access Management and Identity Governance solutioning.
The person in this role should possess exceptional technological skills in order to assist the team in building and maintaining IAM processes, as well as stay relevant with the latest IAM trends and best practices.
In this role, the candidate must also demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills as they will become the face of the IAM program here at Nielsen. This person is able to lead workshops with various business organizations and support live, internal webinars relating to the IAM program and workforce security.
