• Document interactions and customer feedback accurately in our CRM system.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggest improvements based on customer insights.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and streaming products to provide relevant information to customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the streaming or entertainment sector, is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on providing a positive customer experience.
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
