Requirements

Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Receive incoming calls and messages for potential clients and consistently strive for emotional linkage and developing relationships 
  • Determine client needs and assist in coordinating care by referring to appropriate service lines 
  • Collect, share, and manage information using respective databases 
  • Clearly communicate detailed information to appropriate teams 
  • Track referrals, keep status and notes up-to-date in database, and advocate for patient care 
  • Internally build relationships for the furthering of serving clients 
  • Make outgoing calls to patients in the care continuum 
  • Performs other related duties as directed by Supervisor 

 

 

Qualifications, skills and abilities 

 

  • Patient, attentive, and empathic listener 
  • Must have a strong phone etiquette with the ability to communicate well; both verbally and in writing 
  • Must be detailed-oriented, accurate, organized, multi-tasker, and great with time-management 
  • Initiative-driven individual able to work independently and in a group setting  in a fast-paced environment 
  • Computer proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft products 
  • Must be reliable, self-starter, strong work ethic and work well within a team 
  • Previous sales or marketing preferred 
  •  Experience in healthcare preferred 
  • Will train the right candidate
