We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Fundraising Assistant to join a dynamic marketing and advertising team. In this role, you will support fundraising campaigns designed to raise awareness and funds for various clients and causes. You will work closely with experienced team members and assist in executing strategies that increase donor engagement and encourage contributions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and executing fundraising campaigns and events
• Help create and distribute marketing materials for fundraising initiatives
• Research potential donors and funding opportunities
• Maintain accurate donor records using a CRM system
• Support social media and outreach efforts, including calls and emails
• Provide administrative support such as scheduling and organizing materials

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, nonprofit management, or a related field preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus
• Interest in fundraising, nonprofit work, and community involvement
