The Supply Chain Distribution Planner supports the distribution functions at Kestra and returns material
disposition management, RMA/MRB. Supports the implementation of business-system based demand
forecasting, demand planning, and inventory visualization tools. Collaborate with Inventory Planners to adjust
supply plans to meet forecasted vs actual demand to minimize stock outs, inventory obsolescence and resolve
variances to supply plans
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Utilizes ERP and planning systems to execute replenishment orders (inbound/outbound) and maintain accurate master data.
- Monitors and processes inventory transactions (RMA/MRB) within the ERP system to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Analyzes demand forecasts and aligns replenishment strategies to meet service level targets.
- Develops and maintains distribution plans to ensure optimal inventory levels across multiple locations.
- Collaborates with sales and customer service teams to research and resolve exceptions related to stock imbalances, back orders, and urgent customer requirements.
- Supports strategic projects such as distribution network optimization, safety stock parameter tuning, and cost-to-serve analysis.
- Tracks and reports key performance indicators (KPIs) such as fill rate, OTIF (On-Time In-Full), warehouse utilization, and inventory consumption.
- Supports and executes field inventory cycle count activities to maintain data integrity.

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience Required:
- 4+ years’ experience in supply chain distribution and/or inventory planning role.
- Experience working with demand forecasting, reverse logistics, supply planning and inventory methods.
- Strong statistical background
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Power Query), Word, and Outlook.
- Experience supporting a company’s S&OP process.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with internal and external partners.
- Operational and analytical skills.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business or technical degree with equivalent business experience.
- Experience working with Med-Tech Products.
- Experience with business-system based demand forecast, distribution, supply plan, and inventory visualization tools (Power BI).
- Salesforce knowledge.
- Experience with DME ERP systems.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Indoor open office environment.
- Minimal noise volume typical to an office environment.
- Extended/overtime hours when needed.

Salary: Annualized at $90,000 - $100,000, plus bonus. Depending on experience.
