Your role and responsibilities
As a Client Engineering AI specialist, you will bring solutions together by getting capabilities to the client and creating business-focused native applications, dashboards, web-apps, or APIs. You will develop and deploy AI systems to solve real-world business problems using the IBM watsonx platform. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Develop and Deploy AI Systems: Develop and deploy AI systems to solve real-world business problems in various industries worldwide using the IBM watsonx platform. This involves covering all stages of the AI solution lifecycle, from Data Engineering to Train, Validate, Tune, Deploy, AI Operations, and AI Governance. • Create Business-Focused Applications: Create business-focused native applications, dashboards, web-apps, or APIs that meet client needs and provide a trusted end-to-end AI solution. • Engage in AI Solution Lifecycle: Engage in all stages of the AI solution lifecycle, ensuring that solutions are developed and deployed efficiently and effectively. • Solve Real-World Business Problems: Apply AI expertise to solve real-world business problems in various industries, collaborating with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Required technical and professional expertise
• Exposure to AI Development: Experience working with AI systems, including development and deployment, to solve real-world business problems using platforms like IBM watsonx. • Data Engineering Knowledge: Familiarity with data engineering concepts and techniques, including data preparation, processing, and integration, to support AI solution development. • AI Solution Lifecycle Understanding: Exposure to the AI solution lifecycle, including stages such as Train, Validate, Tune, Deploy, AI Operations, and AI Governance. • Application Development Skills: Experience with developing business-focused native applications, dashboards, web-apps, or APIs that meet client needs. • Industry-Specific Problem-Solving: Exposure to solving real-world business problems in various industries, applying AI expertise to deliver tailored solutions.
Preferred technical and professional experience
• Additional AI Platform Knowledge: Exposure to other AI platforms and technologies, complementing IBM watsonx, can be beneficial in developing and deploying AI systems. • Advanced Data Engineering: Familiarity with advanced data engineering concepts, such as data warehousing and big data processing, can support AI solution development. • Industry-Specific AI Solutions: Exposure to developing AI solutions for specific industries, such as healthcare or finance, can be advantageous in delivering tailored solutions.
