In this pivotal role, you'll drive LeasingMarkt multi-channel CRM communication across email newsletter, campaign emails, WhatsApp, and app push notifications. You define the strategy with AutoScout24 CRM Team Lead, ship campaigns and automations, and use data to improve how we communicate with users. You will also drive our migration from Salesforce Marketing Cloud to Iterable, ensuring a smooth transition of journeys, campaigns, and reporting.
What you’ll do:
- Own multi-channel CRM: Take end-to-end responsibility for B2C email newsletter, campaign emails, WhatsApp, and app push – from roadmap and planning to execution and performance.
- Plan and run campaigns: Create and launch multi-channel campaigns (email, WhatsApp, app push) including briefing, copy, setup, QA, and scheduling.
- Newsletter ownership: Manage the LeasingMarkt.de newsletter: editorial strategy, content calendar, production, and ongoing optimization.
- Design and improve journeys: Build and refine key user journeys (e.g. welcome, onboarding, re-engagement) across email, WhatsApp, and app push.
- Grow and segment the audience: Drive CRM and newsletter list growth and define meaningful audience segments and targeting rules.
- Analyze & optimize: Monitor channel health (deliverability, engagement, churn), maintain dashboards, run A/B tests, and turn insights into clear actions.
- Lead tools & migration:
- Collaborate with AutoScout24 and internal teams on CRM tooling.
- Lead the SFMC → Iterable transition: requirements, migration plan, acceptance criteria, and validation for all key channels.
- Stakeholder communication: Share regular updates on CRM performance, learnings, and next steps with company leadership and partners.
What you’ll bring:
- +5 years of hands-on experience in CRM / Lifecycle Marketing, ideally in multi-channel environments.
- Experience with CRM / marketing automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, Braze); migration experience is a plus.
- You are comfortable operating with a high degree of independence. You will be the dedicated CRM manager for the LeasingMarkt brand—working from a different location than the central CRM team (based in Berlin)—and can confidently shape strategy, execute campaigns, and drive results end-to-end.
- You can switch easily between strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You enjoy designing long-term CRM strategies just as much as creating and shipping day-to-day campaigns.
- You have strong campaign execution skills to take campaigns from idea to send.
- Comfortable with data and dashboards to measure impact and prioritize improvements.
- Structured, proactive working style and confidence working with multiple stakeholders.
- You are fluent in English (our working language). German proficiency is a plus.
