Key Responsibilities
- Perform structural and body repairs using frame and measuring equipment
- Repair and straighten metal panels
- Complete repairs according to OEM specifications and safety standards
- Maintain quality workmanship and attention to detail
- Collaborate effectively with estimators, painters, and team members
- Follow all shop safety and operational procedures
Qualifications
- Proven ability to use frame and measuring systems
- Experience repairing and straightening metal panels
- Knowledge of OEM repair procedures
- I-CAR certification preferred (not required)
Requirements
Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
Organization: Ability to remain organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment
Education & Experience: I-Car certification, High school diploma or equivalent with hands-on collision repair experience
Goal-Oriented: Motivated to meet productivity and quality expectations
