JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support projects using both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.
• Plan, schedule, and facilitate Agile ceremonies and events.
• Foster a culture of self-organization, transparency, ownership, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Partner with the Product Owner/Service Request Manager and key stakeholders to ensure the team consistently delivers value.
• Act as a champion for removing blockers and impediments, while capturing and aggregating meaningful team data to support continuous improvement and inform management and strategic decision-making.

Requirements

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Scrum Master Certification or PMP certification preferred.
• 5-7 years of relevant professional experience required.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Extensive experience with project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Working knowledge of business and management principles related to strategic planning, resource allocation, and operational execution.
• Proficient typing and computer skills.

SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent meeting facilitation skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
