The Mission We are a fast-growing, venture-backed startup on a mission to revolutionize the $600B+ staffing industry. By reinventing the technical interview process, we help staffing and recruiting firms eliminate fraud, identify elite talent, and place candidates with Fortune 500 companies with total confidence. After flying past 7 figures in revenue and securing a $3.1M seed round from top-tier investors (including backers of OpenAI, SpaceX, and Retool), we are ready to scale. We are looking for a founding New Business Lead to own our outbound engine, build a high-quality pipeline, and help us crack open the market.

The Role As our first dedicated outbound hire, you won’t just be following a script—you’ll be writing it. You will partner directly with leadership to experiment with new channels, refine our messaging, and identify the "hooks" that resonate with the world’s largest staffing firms. This is a high-autonomy role designed for someone who wants to be a builder, not just a cog in a machine.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the Hunt: Drive outbound prospecting from initial research to booking qualified meetings with key decision-makers.
  • Strategize: Partner with leadership to test and iterate on GTM plays, messaging, and new acquisition channels.
  • Targeting: Build and refine high-value account lists, identifying the right stakeholders within premier staffing firms.
  • Creative Outreach: Craft personalized, high-conversion outreach that cuts through the noise and addresses deep pain points in technical hiring.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a high-volume outbound role (SaaS or Tech preferred).
  • Mindset: You prioritize equity, impact, and long-term growth over a traditional corporate ladder. You are energized by the "early-stage" grind.
  • Drive: You are relentless about hitting activity targets and genuinely enjoy the challenge of opening new doors.
  • Coachability: You are competitive but humble, with a desire to learn quickly in a fast-paced, feedback-heavy environment.
  • Location: Ability to work on-site in our New York City office.
