Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Window Sales Representative to consult with homeowners, present energy-efficient window solutions, and close residential window replacement projects. This is a high-earning opportunity for a self-driven closer who values integrity, professionalism, and long-term customer relationships.

Requirements

Proven sales experience (window sales preferred)

Strong closing skills and confidence in one-call or short sales cycles

Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Comfortable using CRM systems and basic technology

Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented

Florida construction or home-improvement sales experience is a plus
