We are one of the largest producers of frozen at sea cod and pollock, and distributes seafood throughout the world. Chief Steward works aboard an at-sea processing vessel of the coast of Alaska in the Bering Sea, Pacific Ocean, Gulf of Alaska and Aleutian Islands. Responsible for safe and efficient management of Galley to include the daily administrative and operational tasks, including financial management and analysis, sanitation, safety, all meals, maintenance of ship accommodations, training and supervision of galley staff.

This position oversees a staff of two that prepare meals, clean and maintain a 200 foot vessel with 40 crewmembers, that works on a 24/7 schedule. The Chief Steward will prepare 2 meals per day and oversee the Assistant Cook and Galley Helper in the preparation of other daily meals.
