Your Mission

• Deliver with Clockwork Precision: Ensure that cargo is picked up and delivered to our valued customers on time, maintaining NOW Courier's reputation for reliability and punctuality.
• Route Mastery: Utilize GPS or mapping software to plan and follow efficient routes, ensuring timely deliveries and optimal fuel usage.
• Exceptional Customer Service: Greet customers with professionalism and warmth, handling questions or issues with empathy.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Think quickly and adapt when faced with challenges such as traffic delays or address changes to ensure smooth and efficient deliveries.

Route Details & Schedule (South Bend Area)

This opening is for a driver to replace a previous contractor.

• Commission Structure: Route Guarantee. weekly average $900
• Schedule: 5 days a week: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
• Start/End Time: 6:00 AM Start, typically completing the route by 3:00 PM or completion.
• Required Vehicle: SUV or Minivan.
• Weekly Mileage: Approximately 750–1,000 miles.
• Daily Stops: Variable.
• Geographic Area: Entire area of NOW Courier South Bend, including surrounding areas within a 75-mile radius of the office.
• Sorting: Required.

• Candidates must possess an SUV or Minivan.
• The vehicle must be 2016 model year or newer. This ensures the vehicle meets modern safety and reliability standards and provides adequate space for cargo.
