This is an office-based role. Onsite presence at our office on West 22nd Street in New York City is required four days per week.
About The Role
We’re looking for an experienced SaaS marketer to own our brand’s presence and voice. The mission of this position is to create market demand by further developing how we tell our story and engage our clients and the companies in our target market.
This position will have primary responsibility for company & brand storytelling with an emphasis on:
- Planning & managing deliverables
- Designing & creating assets including website pages, social posts, videos, infographics, advertisements and related articles
This position will have secondary responsibility for other marketing deliverables that are shared across the team (e.g. events, outreach, research, admin).
Success in this role is measured by:
- Growth of marketing leads and impact on our sales pipeline
- Quality of planning and ability to deliver work on-time with independence
- Quality and uniqueness of content
- Quality of way-of-working. Working smart and continuously improving.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Go-To-Market team, Product Management, Client Services, and Leadership to determine the assets we need to produce to reach and maintain the attention of our clients and prospects in our target market.
- Independently plan and manage work tasks and timelines.
- Design and create the assets and content needed to tell our story.
- Deliver your plan with urgency.
- Bring your experience forward, but use also data and insights to make decisions.
- Track and communicate performance. Recognize when adjustments are required and address change in a proactive & timely manner.
- Innovation. Recommend new tools & techniques that will increase productivity and improve the way our stories are told.
Requirements
What You’ll Need to Demonstrate:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing in the SaaS industry.
- Experience designing and producing high-quality, creative marketing assets including website pages, social posts, videos, infographics, advertisements and related articles.
- Experience with tools including Adobe Illustrator, Canva, PowerPoint, etc.
- Examples of what you’ve created. Portfolios with examples are a must.
- Collaboration. Show how you work to understand needs and identify shared goals.
- Ownership. Illustrate how you design and drive your work forward with urgency.
- Attention to detail. Illustrate how you ensure high quality in your work.
- Curiosity. Show you know how to test, succeed/fail, reflect, and move fast.
- Passion, enthusiasm, & energy
Helpful Experience, But Not Required:
- Prior work in the Consumer Goods or retail industry.
