Our business model sells through both Distributor and OEM channels delivering on our exceptional ability to provide private branding to our customers.

Requirements

This VP role is responsible for developing our comprehensive commercial sales strategy and leading a high performing sales team to meet and exceed growth targets. It demands strategic thinking to develop long-term sales, product line and pricing strategies along with knowledge rooted in distribution management and FDA regulated skin care.

Additional Key Responsibilities include:

Identify new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and key accounts

Manage the sales pipeline and maximize impact of customer relationship management system to set benchmarks, track metrics, streamline bottlenecks and coach sales team on key activities.

Perform analysis for sales forecasting, develop and track performance metrics to ensure consistent growth.

Develop and maintain effective relationships with distributors, customer buying groups, contract manufacturing accounts and other external stakeholders.

Negotiate high-value contracts, including pricing, with key customers and stakeholders.

Manage the coordination of Private Brand and Contract Manufacturing projects, ensuring a timely and successful launch.

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, quality and manufacturing teams to optimize go-to-market plans.

Facilitate the integration of new products and product lines to boost revenue, market share and customer satisfaction.

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.

Direct the objectives and activities of customer service, sales support and project management functions.

This Cincinnati-based role works in concert with company leadership to advance Kutol’s mission and vision, candidate requirements for success include:

Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) coupled with extensive sales experience

Progressive sales leadership experience in a commercial or B2B environment (jan-san, healthcare or food service markets preferred)

Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to manage and inspire teams

Strong negotiation, professional communication and presentation skills

Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce.com, and AI

Ability to work Independently: self-motivated and self-led to achieve strategic objectives

Ability and desire to travel
