We’re looking for a highly analytical, results-driven Paid Search Manager to own and scale our paid search acquisition efforts. This role is ideal for someone with deep hands-on experience driving growth for DTC and/or subscription-based businesses and who understands how paid search fits into a broader performance and growth marketing strategy.
You will be responsible for strategy, execution, optimization, and performance reporting across paid search channels, with a focus on efficient customer acquisition, subscription growth, and continuous experimentation.
Requirements
Position Responsibilities:
- Own paid search strategy and day-to-day execution across platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, and emerging search opportunities
- Manage full-funnel paid search campaigns (brand, non-brand, competitor, shopping, and retargeting) to drive customer acquisition and subscription growth
- Conduct ongoing keyword research, query mining, and account structuring to improve efficiency and scalability
- Optimize toward core growth metrics such as CAC, ROAS and LTV
- Develop and execute testing roadmaps across bidding strategies, match types, ad copy, landing pages, and feed optimizations
- Own forecasting, budgeting, and pacing of paid search spend to ensure efficient growth
- Monitor and adapt to platform updates (e.g., automation, Performance Max, attribution changes) and industry best practices
- Analyze performance data and translate insights into clear recommendations for stakeholders and leadership
Basic Qualifications/skills:
- 3–5+ years of experience managing paid search programs, preferably for DTC and/or subscription-based businesses
- Proven track record of scaling paid search while maintaining or improving efficiency
- Strong understanding of growth marketing principles, experimentation, and performance measurement
- Deep expertise in Google Ads, including search, shopping, and Performance Max campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with dashboards, attribution models, and testing frameworks
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Benefits
Salary Range: $135,000 - 160,000
