QualDerm Partners is seeking a Regular Part-Time Medical Assistant to join our exceptional team in Crystal, MN. Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients for examinations by taking vital signs and recording medical histories.
• Assist healthcare providers during examinations and procedures to ensure all necessary instruments are ready.
• Perform basic laboratory tests and prepare specimens for analysis.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
• Coordinate patient appointments and manage communications efficiently within the office.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and proper skincare practices.
• Ensure that examination rooms are clean, organized, and fully stocked with supplies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Medical Assistant certification preferred.
• Previous experience as a Medical Assistant or in a similar role within a clinical setting.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and practices relevant to dermatology.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients and team members.
• Ability to handle sensitive information responsibly while maintaining patient confidentiality.
• Strong organizational skills, with a meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and general office software applications.

Compensation Range: $20.16 - $26.09 per hour. Final offer will be based on a combination of skills, experience, location, and internal equity.
