Description

Dartcor is hiring a Workplace Manager (General Manager) to lead a high-end, single-location corporate dining program that includes a flagship café, elevated daily catering, and a curated office pantry program. This is the senior on-site role responsible for day-to-day leadership, operational execution, financial performance, and client partnership.

We’re looking for a sharp operator who runs a clean, disciplined business — strong standards, strong controls, and a team that executes consistently.

Core Responsibilities

  • Own daily operations across café service, catering production/execution, and office pantry programs.
  • Lead a high-performing team: hiring, training, scheduling, accountability, and performance management.
  • Drive catering performance: accuracy, timing, presentation, packing standards, service execution, and event readiness.
  • Manage café execution: speed of service, merchandising, daily readiness, and station-level standards.
  • Oversee office pantry programs: inventory, ordering cadence, pars, organization, and presentation.
  • Maintain strong client partnership: communication, planning, issue resolution, and weekly business check-ins.
  • Own financial performance: labor management, purchasing discipline, waste control, reporting, and forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance + standards: food safety, cleanliness, brand standards, and consistent operating routines.

What Success Looks Like

  • Catering runs like clockwork — on-time, accurate, premium presentation, and repeatable.
  • Café execution is consistent: clean stations, fast service, strong merchandising, no surprises.
  • Pantry is always stocked, organized, and on-par with clear ordering systems and tight controls.
  • The team is stable, trained, and accountable — issues don’t repeat.
  • Financials are tight: labor and purchasing are managed proactively, not after the fact.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • 8+ years progressive leadership in corporate dining, catering, hospitality, or high-volume foodservice.
  • Strong track record in catering operations (high-touch daily catering and events preferred).
  • Experience running single-site programs with multiple service lines (café + catering + pantry).
  • Proven ability to lead teams and hold standards consistently.
  • Strong financial and operational fundamentals: scheduling, ordering, inventory, and P&L awareness.
  • Clear communicator with confidence in front of clients and internal stakeholders.

Benefits

What you'll Get From Us:

  •    Comprehensive Medical, Dental, Life and Vision insurance
  •   401(k) to help you invest in your future
  • Paid time off to help support your life outside of work
  • ·  Work alongside collaborative team members who support CHG’s core values and are eager to be a part of CHG’s founding operation
