Job Description
Enfinity Global is looking for an IT Employee Service Delivery Specialist to join our team in Miami. The position requires the candidate to have, among others, strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, structured and organized profile, and the ability to work with tight deadlines set by a highly demanding team.
Key Responsibilities:
IT Asset Procurement & Vendor Management:
- Handle the purchasing of IT hardware, software, and services, ensuring the best deals.
- Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable terms and maintain good relationships.
- Keep an organized inventory of all IT assets and ensure everything is properly documented.
Inventory Management:
- Keep accurate records of all IT assets and software licenses.
- Track the lifecycle of IT assets from purchase to disposal.
- Conduct regular audits of our IT inventory to ensure everything is in order.
Desktop Support:
- Provide technical support for computers (Windows and Mac) and mobile devices (Android and iOS), including troubleshooting issues and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Install and maintain software, operating systems, and peripherals.
- Support onboarding and offboarding through the delivery or required IT services and devices. Work in coordination with HR Team and Office manager.
- Assist colleagues with IT-related problems and ensure quick resolutions.
- Coordinate and collaborate in all Global activities with the rest of the Team
- Meet defined SLAs as defined in the company official ITSM tool
Network Support & Configuration:
- Manage and configure network equipment like routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Monitor network performance to ensure everything is running efficiently and securely.
- Work with service providers to manage our internet connections and ensure reliability.
Microsoft 365 E5 Administration:
- Manage Microsoft 365 E5 services, including user accounts, email, and collaboration tools.
- Support users and troubleshoot any issues related to Microsoft 365.
Security Administration:
- Implement and maintain security protocols to protect our IT systems.
- Conduct regular security checks and respond to any incidents promptly.
- Ensure the company’s IT environment is secure and compliant with policies.
- Support all close-out documentation to Asset Management team at completion of the projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or Min 4 yrs equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in IT Service & operations management, including network support.
- Experienced in mobile device support for Android and iOS.
- Demonstrated Knowledge of network configurations and security practices.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 E5 administration and security.
- Proven ability to implement and maintain basic IT security protocols.
- Experience conducting security checks and incident response.
- In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Experience in implementing and managing ITIL frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong User service orientation with a commitment to helping others.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well with others and build Strong working relationships.
