Your role and responsibilities

Sales Leadership:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning, and Compensation modules.

  • Conduct client workshops, solution demonstrations, and proof-of-concept sessions to showcase SuccessFactors capabilities and align them with business objectives.

  • Develop and present compelling proposals, RFPs, and pricing models, collaborating with sales teams to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.

  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives in HR and IT, to expand account footprints and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Delivery Excellence:

  • Lead the full project lifecycle for SuccessFactors implementations, from requirements gathering and blueprinting to configuration, testing, go-live, and hypercare support.

  • Design and architect scalable, integrated SuccessFactors solutions, ensuring seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA, on-premise HR systems, and third-party tools (e.g., via SAP Integration Suite).

  • Manage cross-functional project teams, including functional consultants, developers, and change management specialists, while mitigating risks and adhering to timelines and budgets.

  • Ensure compliance with best practices, data security standards (e.g., GDPR, SOX), and SAP Activate methodology for agile delivery.

  • Provide post-go-live optimization, including performance tuning, user adoption strategies, and continuous improvement recommendations.

Strategic Contributions:

  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge sharing through training sessions and thought leadership on SuccessFactors innovations (e.g., AI-driven analytics, mobile enablement).

  • Collaborate with product and alliance teams to stay abreast of SAP roadmaps, emerging features, and competitive landscapes.

  • Track project metrics

Required technical and professional expertise

Required Professional and Technical Expertise :

  • Minimum 12+ years’ experience in SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HR

  • Minimum 4 end to end implementations

  • Solid experience working in a consulting environment

  • Expertise to provide Fit-Gap Analysis to existing template

  • Understanding of configuration of SAP Successfactors module

  • Strong experience in Presales and Solutioning

  • Good Project management skills
