The Impact of an Account Development Representative II at Coupa:
We’re looking for a driven Account Development Representative (ADR II) to join our team in Bogotá, Colombia, supporting inbound lead qualification across the Spanish-Speaking Americas (SSA) region. You'll be the first line of engagement with prospective customers, qualifying inbound leads and building pipeline in partnership with sales and marketing.
What You'll Do:
Qualify inbound leads and outbound prospects to create high-quality pipeline for the Sales organization
Engage C-level, VP, and Director-level stakeholders to uncover pain, priorities, and fit
Partner with Marketing on targeted campaigns to increase lead-to-opportunity conversion
Collaborate closely with Sales on territory planning and pipeline development strategy
Execute high-volume outreach through phone, email, social, and other digital channels
Maintain accurate activity notes, lead status updates, and data hygiene in Salesforce
Consistently deliver on monthly KPIs across meetings booked, qualified leads, and opportunity conversion
Stay sharp on Coupa’s value proposition, product capabilities, and competitive differentiators
Support virtual and occasional in-person events as needed to drive engagement and pipeline
What You Will Bring to Coupa:
1–2 years of experience in software sales, inside sales, or BDR/SDR roles
Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and/or inbound lead qualification
Comfortable communicating with senior executives at mid-market and enterprise organizations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Highly motivated self-starter with strong organization, prioritization, and follow-up skills
Proven ability to exceed KPIs and deliver measurable results
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
Bachelor’s degree required
