Kody is scaling rapidly across the world. Now we’re looking for an HR Generalist to manage US HR operations for our San Jose office. The ideal candidate has strong experience with benefits administration and the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Onboarding/Offboarding: Manage the full process for new hires and terminations, including paperwork, background checks, and equipment logistics.
  • Benefits: Administer US health insurance (Medical/Dental/Vision) and 401(k) plans. Handle annual open enrollment.
  • Records: Maintain digital employee files and ensure data integrity in our HR systems.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to Federal and CA state labor laws.
  • Admin: Support general office administration and employee inquiries.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of HR experience.
  • Proven experience managing US benefits and 401(k) enrollment.
  • Strong understanding of California employment laws.
  • Located in the San Jose area and able to work a hybrid schedule.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
