Two Circles is a global sports and entertainment marketing business that helps rights holders, brands, broadcasters and media companies grow audiences and revenues through data, technology, and consultancy-led marketing. 

North America is a key growth market for Two Circles, and we’re hiring a Marketing Lead to own and drive our B2B marketing strategy and demand generation across the region. 

The Role 

This is a senior, high-impact role for a commercially minded B2B marketer with a strong track record in strategy, demand generation, digital marketing, and professional services environments. 

You’ll work closely with the President of the Americas and the Brand Operations Director to ensure marketing directly supports priority growth initiatives, pipeline development, and long-term positioning in North America. 

What You’ll Be Responsible For 

Strategy & Go-To-Market 

  • Own and evolve Two Circles’ North American B2B marketing strategy 
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans across marketing, consultancy, technology, content, and sponsorship 
  • Translate strategy into compelling value propositions for North American decision-makers  

Digital Marketing 

  • Set digital marketing strategy for North America, ensuring effective execution across channels 
  • Direct activity across website, email, social, SEO, and paid media 
  • Own the digital marketing budget and maximize ROI 
  • Monitor and report on KPIs  
  • Stay ahead of digital trends, AI, and compliance requirements 

Demand Generation 

  • Own demand generation in North America with clear accountability for pipeline and revenue impact 
  • Plan and optimize campaigns across SEO, paid media, LinkedIn, email and other channels  
  • Align with North American senior leadership on funnel performance and account priorities 

Content, Channels & Enablement 

  • Lead owned channels (web, social, LinkedIn) with a strong B2B focus 
  • Build thought leadership and case studies that demonstrate tangible commercial impact 
  • Enable senior leadership with content and narratives that support relationship-driven sales 
  • Collaborate with global marketing teams to localize campaigns and tentpole moments 

Measurement & Insight 

  • Define and track success metrics across demand gen and digital performance 
  • Use market and performance insights to guide investment and prioritization 

Product & Solutions Marketing 

  • Support and manage the Product Marketing Manager (direct report) 
  • Support product marketing strategy and execution sits with the Product Marketing Manager 
  • Use insight and performance data to inform product go-to-market priorities 

What we’re Looking For 

  • 6–8 years’ experience in B2B marketing, ideally in professional services, consultancy, technology, media, or adjacent sectors 
  • Proven experience driving demand generation with measurable impact 
  • Strong background in positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution 
  • Comfortable partnering with senior commercial stakeholders 
  • Strategic, collaborative, and commercially minded, with strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Data-informed approach to decision-making and performance measurement 
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones   
  • Willingness to collaborate with and travel between New York, Vancouver, Los Angeles, Kansas City, Miami and London 

The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of Two Circles. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
