  • Apply a strong brand lens to new site features, landing pages, and customer journeys
  • Support design of key e-commerce modules and experiences where brand expression and conversion intersect

Photo Selects & Retouching Feedback

  • Participate in image review and selects from shoots, with a strong point of view on composition, lighting, brand tone, and product storytelling
  • Identify the strongest hero and supporting imagery across use cases (PDP, email, paid, social, print)
  • Provide clear, actionable retouching notes to ensure imagery feels polished, consistent, and on-brand
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and/or freelance retouchers to ensure final files are clean and production-ready

Creative Systems & Operations
