Description
We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and results-driven Account Manager to join our growing team and lead a portfolio of orthodontic and dental clients, including top-performing providers. In this client-facing role, you’ll act as a strategic partner and day-to-day lead—overseeing marketing strategy execution, multimedia campaigns, local event activations, and performance reporting.
You’ll collaborate closely with our creative, media, and strategy teams to deliver measurable results that grow patient demand, strengthen brand positioning, and support revenue goals for each client.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned orthodontic clients, building strong, trusted relationships
- Lead regular status calls, planning meetings, and performance reviews
- Translate client goals into actionable marketing strategies and clear deliverables
- Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing plans, including social media, paid advertising, email, SEO, and video
- Coordinate marketing calendars aligned with seasonal promotions, Invisalign campaigns, and local events
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce compelling, brand-aligned assets
- Event Strategy & Coordination
- Partner with clients to plan and promote patient-facing events (e.g. Invisalign Days, open houses)
- Manage pre-event marketing, RSVPs, in-office signage, and post-event follow-up campaigns
- Performance Reporting & Optimization
- Monitor KPIs across digital and in-office initiatives
- Deliver monthly and quarterly performance reports with clear insights and strategic recommendations
- Use data to inform campaign adjustments and ROI improvements
- Campaign & Project Management
- Ensure all projects are completed on time, on brief, and within scope
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and client feedback in collaboration with internal teams
- Maintain high standards of brand compliance and HIPAA-related considerations
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in account management, client services, or marketing strategy
- Background in healthcare, dental, or aesthetics industries preferred
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics (social, email, SEO, paid media, etc.)
- Confident communicator with excellent presentation and client management skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts and priorities
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) and reporting dashboards (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager)

Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5pm
