- Role Type: One-year renewable contract.
- Location: Fully onsite in Columbia, SC (5 days per week).
- Estimated Start Date: February 24, 2026.
- Compensation: $72.69 – $80.69 per hour.
- Note: This role is open to direct hires only. We are not accepting Corp-to-Corp (C2C) or agency submittals.
What You’ll Be Doing 🛠️
- Overseeing the daily operations and intake processes for a service management platform.
- Designing and implementing automated workflows to boost efficiency.
- Managing and maintaining server environments, including patching and updates.
- Collaborating with various departments to turn business needs into technical reality.
- Leading migration projects to keep systems modern and effective.

Requirements
Minimum Requirements (Your resume must clearly show this experience) 📝
- Education/Experience: A Bachelor’s degree or at least 5 years of professional experience in a related field.
- System Center Expertise: 3+ years in a development capacity specifically supporting MS System Center, with a deep grasp of site design and best practices.
- Azure Administration: 3+ years of experience managing Microsoft Azure environments.
- Server Administration: 5+ years of experience handling Microsoft Server administration.
- Methodology: 3+ years working within IT frameworks such as ITIL or MITA.
- Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Residency: Must already live in the local area or be prepared to relocate at your own expense prior to starting.
Preferred Skills (The "Cherry on Tp") 🍒
- Hands-on experience with System Center Service Manager and Orchestrator.
- Familiarity with Cireson web portals.
- Proficiency in scripting and coding languages like PowerShell, JavaScript, and HTML.
- Experience with data visualization tools like PowerBI and database management with SQL.
- Ability to work with XML and experience in healthcare-related technical environments.
- Professional MS Server Admin certifications.
