We are seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) to join a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Lake Havasu, Arizona, working primarily with a pediatric population. This is an excellent opportunity for a PT passionate about pediatric care, offering competitive pay, consistent hours, and the potential to transition into a permanent role.

Assignment Details

• 13-week travel contract
• 36 hours per week
• Day shift
• Skilled Nursing Facility setting
• Pediatric patient focus

Compensation

• $64–$70/hour, based on experience
• Weekly pay available

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate pediatric patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide skilled physical therapy services to children in a SNF setting
• Track progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Accurately document treatments and outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to support optimal development and mobility

Qualifications

• Active Arizona Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Pediatric experience required or strongly preferred
• SNF experience a plus
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to start ASAP
