Compensation Range: $80,000 - $90,000

Location: Hybrid / On-site – Englewood, CO

Position Summary:

The Brand Marketing Manager for GOLFTEC is responsible for leading day-to-day go-to-market execution for the GOLFTEC brand across all owned and operated centers. This role serves as the central hub for brand, promotional, and campaign execution, ensuring national strategy is translated into effective, localized marketing that drives traffic, engagement, and long-term member growth at the center level.

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, this role owns the GOLFTEC marketing calendar, promotional planning, creative briefing, and cross-functional communication, while directly managing the Local Marketing Specialist and Social Marketing Specialist. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and operationally minded—someone who understands how strong brand marketing must work at scale and locally to support center performance.

Key Responsibilities

Go-To-Market & Campaign Leadership

●       Own and manage the end-to-end GTM execution for GOLFTEC brand initiatives, promotions, seasonal campaigns, and key business moments

●       Translate brand and business strategy into clear, executable marketing plans that can be deployed consistently across all GOLFTEC centers

●       Lead development and ongoing management of the annual and quarterly GOLFTEC marketing calendar, ensuring visibility and alignment across teams

●       Serve as the primary point of contact for promotion planning, including offer strategy, timing, channel coordination, and rollout readiness

Local & Center-Level Marketing Execution

●       Oversee center-by-center localized marketing efforts, ensuring national campaigns are adapted to drive relevance and performance at the local level

●       Partner closely with Operations, Field Leadership, and Center Managers to understand local market needs, seasonality, and opportunitie

●       Guide and support the Local Marketing Specialist in developing toolkits, playbooks, and best practices that empower centers to execute effectively

●       Ensure consistency in brand standards while allowing flexibility for local optimization and market-specific initiatives

●       Act as the voice of the field in marketing planning, bringing center insights back into campaign and creative development

Creative & Content Leadership

●       Lead the creation of clear, actionable creative briefs for internal creative teams and agency partners, including objectives, audience, messaging, deliverables, and timelines

●       Partner with Creative, Content, and Performance Marketing teams to ensure assets are delivered on time and meet center and brand needs

●       Ensure creative output supports both national brand storytelling and localized center execution

Cross-Functional & Field Collaboration

●       Serve as the primary marketing liaison across Operations, Sales, Product, Coaching, Customer Experience, and Leadership teams

●       Ensure all centers are informed, trained, and enabled ahead of key launches and promotion

●       Lead internal communication around upcoming campaigns, including rollout plans, expectations, and execution guidelines

Team Leadership

●       Directly manage and mentor the Local Marketing Specialist and Social Media Specialist

●       Set clear priorities, performance expectations, and execution standards for both roles

●       Ensure social and local marketing efforts are tightly integrated into broader GOLFTEC GTM plan

Performance & Optimization

●       Partner with Performance Marketing and Analytics teams to track campaign effectiveness at both national and center levels

●       Identify opportunities to improve marketing execution, center adoption, and local performance

●       Share insights and recommendations to continuously improve GTM effectiveness and center results

Requirements

●       6–10+ years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, or GTM roles

●       Proven experience managing multi-location or field-based marketing programs

●       Strong background in campaign execution, promotional planning, and marketing calendar management

●       Experience working closely with operations or field teams to drive local adoption and execution

●       Experience managing or mentoring team members

●       Exceptional organizational, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills

  • Preferred Experience

●       Experience in multi-unit retail, sports, hospitality, or service-based businesses

●       Golf Industry experience or love of golf is a must

●       Experience supporting both brand and performance marketing initiatives
