Role Description

Capco is looking for strong Business Analysts in India. The role offers a great opportunity to work with leading global clients of Capco.

• Role Description

  Technical skills Required:

  • Strong Waterfall BA who knows the BA work end to end i.e. requirements gathering, conducting workshops, engage with Senior Stakeholders
  • Must data mapping experience i.e. should have worked on Data Migration related project or must have data mapping experience from source to target systems for generation of regulatory reports
  • Excellent stakeholder management and excellent communication
  • Required to collect requirements from client internal teams regarding the data representation and kind of data required
  • Basis the requirements identify data from multiple source systems and map them to the report/system fields
  • Identify the possiblity of automation while working with project team and stakeholders for the automating work that is mundane in nature
  • Regular dealing with senior level stakeholders and management of expectations from a BA perspective
