We are seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in San Rafael, California. This is a high-paying opportunity offering consistent hours, an immediate start, and a supportive rehab environment in a beautiful Bay Area location.

Experienced Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) may also be considered for this role with the right background.

Assignment Details

• 13-week travel contract
• 36 hours per week
• Day shift
• Skilled Nursing Facility setting
• Start ASAP
• Open to experienced PTA candidates

Compensation

• $65–$75/hour, based on experience
• Weekly pay available

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans (PT role)
• Provide skilled therapy services to short-term rehab and long-term care patients
• Document treatments, progress, and outcomes accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to maximize patient mobility and function

Qualifications

• Active California PT license
• Experienced PTA candidates may be considered
• SNF or geriatric experience preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to start ASAP
