About the Role

As the Sales Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for building the systems, processes, and content that enable HiveWatch’s sales team to perform at the highest level. This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, product, and leadership, translating strategy into execution for a growing enterprise sales organization.

You will own onboarding, training, messaging, playbooks, and ongoing enablement for AEs and BDRs selling complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals. This is a hands-on role for someone excited to build enablement from the ground up while continuously iterating as the business scales.

What You'll Own

  • Design and own onboarding programs for new AEs and BDRs, ensuring ramp success in a complex enterprise sales motion
  • Build and maintain sales playbooks covering ICPs, personas, use cases, discovery, demos, pilots, objections, and deal progression
  • Partner closely with Product and Marketing to translate product updates into clear, sales-ready messaging and materials
  • Develop enablement content including decks, talk tracks, competitive positioning, battlecards, and case studies
  • Support major deal execution by helping reps prepare for executive presentations, pilots, and late-stage negotiations
  • Analyze sales performance and pipeline data to identify skill gaps and inform targeted training initiatives
  • Establish consistent sales methodology and best practices across the sales team as HiveWatch scales

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in sales, with 2+ years of sales enablement experience
  • Experience enabling enterprise SaaS sales teams selling complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, buying committees, and procurement processes
  • Proven ability to build enablement programs from scratch in a scaling environment
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams

Intangibles:

  • Thrive in Ambiguity: You are comfortable building structure where none exists and stay in the car when priorities shift or inputs are incomplete. You work through complexity, connect dots across teams, and turn uncertainty into clear, usable direction for the sales org.
  • Ownership Mentality: You act like you own it – taking responsibility for outcomes, not just deliverables. You care deeply about whether enablement actually changes behavior and improves results, not just whether materials were created.
  • Operator’s Mindset: You balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You are equally comfortable designing long-term enablement strategy and jumping in to support a live deal, a last-minute training, or a rep who needs help now.
  • Strong Cross-Functional Partner: You build trust with Sales, Product, and Marketing by listening first, synthesizing perspectives, and translating complexity into what sales teams actually need in the field.
  • Bias Toward Action & Iteration: You move quickly without sacrificing quality. You test ideas, gather feedback from the field, and continuously refine enablement based on what is actually working.

Additional info:

  • Salary range for this position: $125,000 to $155,000 per year.
  • Eligible to participate in HiveWatch Equity Incentive Plan.

*Final offer will be at the company's sole discretion and determined by multiple factors, including years and depth of relevant experience and expertise, location, and other business considerations.
